Privacy policy

Bunkly follows the data-minimisation principle: we only collect what is strictly necessary to run the service. We don't sell or rent your data, we host no user photos, and we use no audience-analytics tool in the app.

We collect the following data:

• Email and display name (from your Apple or Google sign-in), authentication and personalisation, basis: contract, until account deletion.
• Home data (tasks, zones, recurrences, assignments, completions, member colour), running the service, basis: contract, until account deletion.
• RevenueCat customer ID, managing the Bunkly Pro subscription, basis: contract, until account deletion.
• Crash reports (iOS/Android), service stability, basis: legitimate interest, anonymous.

We store no banking data: payments are handled exclusively by Apple and Google.

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors:

• Google (Firebase), EU region (Paris): database, authentication, server functions and crash reports.
• RevenueCat, Inc.: technical subscription management.
• MailerSend: transactional emails.
• Apple and Google: payment processing (App Store / Google Play).
• Google (Firebase Hosting), EU region: hosting of the bunkly.app website.
• counter.dev: privacy-friendly, cookieless website statistics (aggregated, no personal data).

In the event of a transfer outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses).

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the app, it is erased immediately. By minimisation, an account inactive for more than 24 months is deleted automatically, after a notice email sent 30 days before.

The bunkly.app website uses no cookies. For audience statistics we use counter.dev, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that collects only aggregated data, no personal data, no advertising, no cross-site tracking.

To ensure service stability, Bunkly collects crash reports (via a Google service): error traces, device model, OS and app version. This data is not linked to your identity. Legal basis: legitimate interest (fixing malfunctions). No other usage data is collected for statistics.

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. The app lets you export your data and delete your account directly from settings. For any other request, write to atech.contact@proton.me; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. We invite you to review it from time to time.
