The rules for using Bunkly: service access, subscriptions, payments and responsibilities.
Last updated · 12 May 2026
These terms (“Terms”) define how the Bunkly app, published by atech (sole proprietorship), may be accessed and used. By creating an account or using Bunkly, you accept these Terms and our privacy policy.
Using Bunkly requires an iOS or Android device, an internet connection for syncing, and an account created via Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
Bunkly is free and usable without paying. The Bunkly Pro plan is optional and available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Feature and price details are on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google). Subscriptions renew automatically at term, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period from your account settings on the relevant platform. The one-time purchase is paid once, with no renewal.
By accessing a paid feature immediately after purchase, you expressly request its performance and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal. Refund conditions are those of the App Store or Google Play Store.
You agree not to harm the operation or security of the service, not to fraudulently access third-party accounts or homes, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
Bunkly, its brand, its interface and its code remain the property of atech. These Terms grant you only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app.
Bunkly is an organisation tool. We strive to ensure its availability without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption or error, and we cannot be held liable for the consequences of a forgotten task. You may stop using Bunkly and delete your account at any time from the app; we reserve the right to suspend an account in case of serious breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, you may turn to a consumer mediator or the competent courts.
